By using S1M Edge (the "Service") or giving us your personal information, you accept the handling of that information as described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
We do not run advertising or behavioral-tracking networks, and we do not use Google Analytics Ads, Google Ads or Facebook remarketing. We do not ask for or store payment card numbers - if and when payments are enabled, a third-party processor (such as Stripe) handles them and never gives us your card details. We never ask for your DraftKings or FanDuel password. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We send transactional email only. If we ever add optional product email, it will be opt-in with an unsubscribe link.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the Service may not work properly without the session cookie.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the Service run - hosting and network routing, an email delivery provider for transactional mail, and, if payments are enabled, a payment processor - and only what each needs to do its part. We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect our legal rights. In a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will give notice before it becomes subject to a different policy.
We keep account data while your account is open. Lineups and slate history are kept so past builds stay reviewable. You can ask us to delete your account at any time and we will remove your name, email and stored settings within a reasonable time; some operational logs may persist briefly in backups before rotating out, and any records we must keep for legal or tax reasons will be retained as required. You can also ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Depending on where you live - including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws - you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for those purposes. To exercise any right, email support@s1medge.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and API keys are stored encrypted on the server. No system is perfectly secure, and any transmission of information is at your own risk. If we ever discover a breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected members promptly and in accordance with applicable law, by email and/or a notice on the site.
Because we do not run tracking or advertising networks, there is nothing for a browser "Do Not Track" signal to turn off. We do not track your activity across other websites.
We may update this policy consistent with applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and for registered users we will give notice by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
